“I am very disappointed with my experience. We stayed for 3 nights, never once was our room cleaned or towels changed or trash taken out despite me repeatedly asking the housekeeping staff to clean our room ( they always said yes) and going to the front desk and asking Lindsay and Tamara (the GM) to have our room cleaned. Everyday they would profusely apologize for the day before and promise the next day the room would be cleaned, it never happened. By the 3rd day I asked to be refunded for one...

“I love the location of this property, easy to get in and out and on the interstate. Our room was clean, but noticed small amount of black mold on air conditioning unit in room. Staff was great , parking is great. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were watery and looked fake...sausage patty seems so fatty. It would have been nice to have real oatmeal, not instant, Maybe some healthier choices for yogart. It was great to have some fresh fruit. Evening snacks/appetizers and wine or beer is a nice...

“Room#305 Cons:Floors weren’t clean. Shower curtain was dingy. Tub was stained. Patched walls in bathroom needing painted. A/C was loudly rattling every time it kicked on AND not cooling properly. Breakfast staff looked unclean. No uniform, no hairnet, no gloves. Their “store” had only a few drinks and frozen pot pies. Pros:Registration Desk staff were both friendly and pleasant. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean.”

“Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room. I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....

“Homeless people in the parking lot and inside lobby using the phone. Not safe at night as parking lot fills with non guests who are sleeping in their vehicles, look like they are doing drugs and come up and try to talk to you. Does not feel safe or secure at all. Will not stay here again.”

“The room was very clean. Beds were nice was better than I expected. Would go back there again. Only thing that was wrong. Is one of the outlets did not work other than that everything was good would recommend.”

“We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.”
